Ionization Tower
Description
The Ionization Tower is an ideal treatment equipment for various occasions where waste gas purification is required. The equipment uses high-voltage electrodes to generate high-voltage electric fields. The molecular chains of organic substances in waste gas are shocked by high-voltage electric energy in the high-voltage electric field, and their molecular structures are completely destroyed, thus becoming charged particles, At the same time, the ozone generated in this process is used for oxidation to achieve the purpose of waste removal and purification.
The remaining particles, oil mist and other impurities are attached by the electrons released by the cathode line, move towards the anode tube under the action of the high-voltage electric field, and are collected and captured by the anode tube. On the inner wall of the anode tube, pollutants form a liquid film deposition and flow downward, so as to achieve the renewal and automatic cleaning of the electrode surface.
The ionization tower is a two-stage ionization structure, mainly composed of tower body, cathode line, anode tube, packing layer, packing support plate, atomization spray system, demisting system and air extraction system.
What is Ionization Tower
An ionization tower is a device that uses ionization to neutralize pollutants in the air. It works by passing air through a chamber that contains an electrical field, which ionizes (or charges) the pollutants in the air. The charged pollutants are then attracted to and trapped by oppositely charged plates or media, effectively removing them from the air. Ionization towers are often used in industrial settings to control emissions from factories, but they can also be used in other settings to improve indoor air quality.
